Jerk chicken drumsticks with mango and lime

Five oven roasted chicken drumsticks that have been marinated in a jerk sauce which is an earthy and spicy sauce made of blackened onions and habaneros with cinnamon and nutmeg. Served with a sweet mango puree and fresh lime. Garnished with scallions.
